- All our rugs, cushion covers and curtains are unique as they are handmade by local artisans using recycled material. Therefore, we photograph every single rug, cushion cover and curtain so that the articles you see in our online shop are the very ones you are buying and going to receive.
- All the sizes are in centimetre and may vary slightly since all our products are handmade.
- Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days in which to return it, should it not be to your liking. The product must be returned unused and must be well packaged to prevent any damage when in transit. Once we have received the product and are happy it has been returned in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will refund you the price of the product only. You will be responsible for both shipping costs.
- In the very unlikely event that you find a manufacturer's defect with your rug, cushion cover, throw or curtain, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it. The product must be returned to us unused and must be well packaged to prevent any damage when in transit, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault following our inspection, we will provide you with a full refund of the return postage, and either a replacement or a full refund of the product, whichever you prefer.
